Acceptable Hotel Stay

The breakfast buffet offered many choices. It had fresh options. The staff members named Oguz, Arda, and Ulas were helpful. They were polite and assisted whenever needed. The family room provided enough space for three guests.
The TV in the room had no tuned channels. I reported this at the reception, but it wasn't fixed during my four-day stay. I was told a cable needed fitting, but nothing happened. That was disappointing. The parking in front of the hotel was not free.

non-functioning tv no cable
The staff was really helpful. Bilal, doğan, and another person helped me find a pharmacy open on sundays. the mini-market in the hotel was convenient (a bit pricey, but worth it).
the tv in my room had no channels, i reported it to reception for four days but nothing happened. i heard they needed to fit a cable, but they did not. i'm not sure why they couldn't fix such a simple thing (did they even try?).

helpful staff sunny facilities super clean hotel
The staff helped me a lot (especially nilufar and chef fatima). they were kind, cute and professional. the pool may not be huge, it has all the facilities needed to enjoy the sun. the hotel is super clean. I appreciate the attention of all the staff.
